How long does shipping take?

Each order that comes in is individually crafted, and shipped within 2 - 5 business days. If your item is out of order, or we are low on inventory, you will be contacted via email. Once your package has been sent out, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order. Packages will approximately take the following amount of days to be delivered:

2 - 7 business days

UNITED STATES

5 - 10 business days

UK & INTERNATIONAL

12 - 20 business days

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, however, if an exchange is needed in size we will be happy to do that for you. Just shoot us an email, and we will reply back with a shipping address for you to send it to.

Due to the fact that gemstones hold energy, once your item has been held/worn, your energy has been put into that piece. We do not offer returns for that reason, as we can no longer resell the item.

If for some reason your pieces come apart, we are more than happy to put them back together for you. You will be required to ship your gemstones back to us in order to receive an exchange.

Please note: the customer is required to pay for the shipping back to us. Once the bracelet has been adjusted, we will ship it right back to you. There is no other additional charge.

How do I measure my wrist size?

Wrist sizes can be determined by using a measuring tape. Be sure to measure the wrist that you would prefer to wear the bracelet on, and choose the appropriate size according to that.

If you prefer the bracelet to be fitted, choose your exact wrist size. If you want your bracelet to have room, choose the next size up! (We usually recommend a size up to avoid any tightness).

What is the after care?

In order to keep the energies of the gemstone, refrain from putting your products in liquids (such as cold water, lotions).

Our pieces are made with a strong transparent string, and stretch to fit. Therefore, we do not recommend stretching or aggravating the bracelet in any way. Our pieces are not meant to be worn while in the shower, sleeping, or during physical activity.

Recharge your pieces under direct sunlight in order to strengthen the vibrations and focus of the stone. Recharge your pieces under direct moonlight for the spiritual and emotional healing of the stone.

Are your gemstones & crystals real?

Our gemstones originate from different parts of the world, as they are 100% natural gemstones. This includes (but is not limited to) areas such as: Brazil, India, Africa, China, Russia & more. Each stone holds a specific healing property. Not all of our crystals and/or beads may look the exact same as they are genuine and are all ethically sourced from our Earth.

At Buddha Beads, we only source the best quality gemstones that mother nature has to offer.

How do crystals/gemstones work?

Gemstones have healing properties that help to balance our body, mind and soul. Each healing property is specific to the stone and can help to release blockage in our Chakras. These stones are found just below the surface of our Earth.

Gemstones and our bodies both hold energetic vibrations which make us naturally receptive to the energy of one another. When worn and/or held, the gemstones' frequencies help to magnify the thoughts and intentions that we are currently trying to manifest.

Do you sell in wholesale?

Yes! Individuals looking to purchase multiple bracelets for events (20+) will also receive a discount on large orders!

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely! We can customize any piece based on what stones and charms are needed. Shoot us an email and let us know what you're looking for!

Please note that custom orders can take us anywhere from 1 - 3 weeks in order to be fulfilled.
